Plans to start-up a brewery in Minnesota

Yeah, so its minus 7 degrees outside and tonight’s forecast calls of minus 20 or colder. Well, thank goodness I have quite a bit of beer to get me through this cold spell.

The plan is to have Lucid Brewing in production before the end of 2010. To date I have this blog, a twitter account, web domain with email completed.

So much more to do.

I have been chatting with a few brewery start-ups, The Bruery and Eagle Rock Brewery along with home brewing my tail off.

This is my first time blogging. Ever. So let see what happens.
